• Built observability from scratch: metrics, distributed tracing, logs in Elasticsearch/ClickHouse, alerting, on-call runbooks
• GitOps delivery on Kubernetes with Argo CD and Kargo promotions; zero-downtime rollouts and CI/CD in GitLab
• Built platform diagnostics: stand health, release readiness, DORA metrics, incident-investigation playbooks
• Designed ClickHouse schemas for high-ingestion analytics; tuned PostgreSQL query plans and data models
